By accessing or using WolfScribed ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WolfScribed is an AI-powered writing feedback tool that analyzes text and provides suggestions for grammar, style, consistency, and format. The Service uses large language model (LLM) technology to generate feedback.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All feedback, suggestions, and analysis provided by WolfScribed are AI-generated and may not be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific use case. WolfScribed is a writing aid, not a substitute for professional editing, legal review, or subject-matter expertise. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to apply any suggestion. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or fitness of AI-generated feedback.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of any text you submit to WolfScribed. By submitting text, you grant WolfScribed a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of generating feedback. We do not use your content to train AI models, sell it to third parties, or share it outside of the service providers necessary to operate the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WolfScribed to:

• Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Use the Service to generate spam or deceptive content at scale
• Share account credentials or resell access to the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused analyses. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WolfScribed and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from acting on AI-generated feedback. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
